James heads up Catapult. During his 30 years as an executive in MNCs. James has held various management positions in the areas of R&D, marketing, consumer insights and strategy.​ James has served in board positions with Ajinomoto General Foods, Japan; Dong Suh Foods, Korea; and was the former chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce, Singapore.

Louise Nguyen

Director, Learning Design & Customer Success

Louise is currently the manager of Catapult Curriculum team, looking after program and learning expeditions design. She has extensive experience in developing capability building projects for MNCs and government agencies.​ Prior to Catapult, she held different cross-functional roles in executive education space for ESSEC Business School, FranklinCovey, and NUS.

Jon Gan

Head of Business Operations

Jon has over 15 years of experience in managing operations of shared economy in real estate. He oversees all aspects of the campus's operations including facility management, staffing planning and space cummunity curation. Before joining the Catapult team, Jon worked in Regional IT Infrastructure, Strategy team, where he gained valuable entrepreneurial experiences.

Anthony Tan

Specialist, Learning Design & Customer Success

Anthony is a learning designer with a background in science and philosophy, responsible for curating and designing the learning journeys offered at Catapult.​​ Anthony was a Learning Experience Designer at NewCampus where he developed leadership and management programs, conferences and mentorship sessions for hypergrowth tech companies across Southeast Asia.

Gracia Ng

Specialist, Learning Design & Customer Success

A keen economist at heart, Gracia made the decision to cycle 30,000km around the world by bicycle from London to Singapore upon graduation from NUS. With extensive experience in business development and project management with start-ups and consulting firms within Europe and the APAC region, she finally found herself where she belonged at the heart of human capital here at Catapult.
